Reservations + Booking

All classes are small and by reservation only. Clients are responsible for booking classes in advance through our website, booking platform, or app.

Class availability is limited and not guaranteed. Booking windows may vary based on membership type, package, promotion, or account status.

Clients are responsible for managing their own reservations, cancellations, waitlist status, and schedule changes through the website or app.

For booking issues, please email clientservices@elevatedsoulpilates.com.

Please do not text, call, or reach out through social media for booking changes, cancellations, membership requests, billing questions, or account issues. Email allows us to properly track and process requests.

Arrival + Late Entry

Please arrive on time for class. First-time clients should arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in, studio orientation, and Sculptformer setup.

For everyone’s safety and to protect the flow of class, entry is not permitted more than 5 minutes after the scheduled class start time.

Late arrival may result in loss of reservation, and standard late cancellation or no-show policies may apply.

Grip Socks

Grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene.

Grip socks must fully cover the foot. Socks with exposed toes are not permitted.

Approved grip socks are available for purchase in the studio.

Cancellation + No-Show Policy

Clients must cancel at least 10 hours prior to class to avoid a late cancellation or no-show fee.

Late cancellations and no-shows are subject to fees in accordance with the client’s signed agreement, membership terms, package terms, or current studio policy.

Please refer to your signed agreement or account terms for full policy details.

Waitlist Policy

If a class is full, clients may join the waitlist.

If you are no longer able to attend, please remove yourself from the waitlist as soon as possible so another client may take the spot.

If a space opens, you may be automatically added to class and will then be subject to the cancellation policy. Clients are responsible for monitoring their waitlist status.

Memberships, Packages + Promotions

Memberships, class packages, intro offers, private sessions, workshops, events, and promotions are subject to the terms listed at the time of purchase and/or in the signed agreement associated with the purchase.

Prices, services, class schedules, instructors, membership benefits, booking windows, and promotional offers are subject to change.

Promotional offers may be limited to new clients, local residents, first-time visitors, or specific dates. Promotions may not be combined unless expressly stated.

Membership Changes + Cancellations

Membership cancellations or changes must be submitted in writing to clientservices@elevatedsoulpilates.com.

Unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement, membership changes or cancellations require 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.

Requests made by text message, phone call, social media, or verbally in the studio are not considered valid written notice.

Certain memberships may have minimum commitment terms, cancellation terms, freeze terms, or other conditions. Clients are responsible for reviewing the specific terms of their signed agreement before purchasing.

Nothing in these Terms + Conditions is intended to limit any cancellation rights required by applicable law.

Auto-Renewing Memberships

Some memberships may renew automatically until properly cancelled in accordance with the applicable membership agreement and studio cancellation policy.

By purchasing an auto-renewing membership, you authorize recurring charges according to the payment terms disclosed at the time of purchase and/or in your signed agreement.

You are responsible for keeping your payment method current.

Payment + Billing

All purchases must be paid through the approved payment method on file or through our authorized payment platform.

By making a purchase or placing a payment method on file, you authorize charges for memberships, packages, services, retail purchases, late cancellation fees, no-show fees, and any other applicable charges associated with your account.

Failed payments, expired cards, chargebacks, or unpaid balances may result in account suspension, loss of booking privileges, or cancellation of future reservations until the account is brought current.

Refunds + Transfers

All purchases are subject to the refund, transfer, expiration, and usage terms listed at the time of purchase and/or in the client’s signed agreement.

Unless otherwise required by law or expressly stated in writing, purchases may be non-refundable, non-transferable, and not redeemable for cash.

Gift cards are subject to the terms provided at the time of purchase through our gift card platform.

Health, Safety + Assumption of Risk

Participation in Pilates, reformer-based exercise, strength training, mobility work, stretching, and other physical activity involves risk of injury.

By participating in Elevated Soul Pilates classes, private sessions, events, or workshops, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily participating in physical activity and accept the risks associated with movement and exercise.

Clients are responsible for listening to their bodies, working within their own limits, and stopping any movement that feels unsafe or painful.

Elevated Soul Pilates does not provide medical advice. Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, postpartum, injured, recovering from surgery, managing a medical condition, or unsure whether exercise is appropriate for you.

Injuries, Pregnancy + Movement Concerns

Clients must notify the instructor before class of any injuries, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, recent surgery, dizziness, limitations, medical concerns, or movement restrictions.

Instructors may offer modifications or guidance, but clients remain responsible for determining whether they can safely participate.

Studio Conduct

Elevated Soul Pilates is committed to creating a respectful, focused, and welcoming environment.

Clients are expected to treat instructors, staff, other clients, studio property, and equipment with respect.

Disruptive behavior, unsafe use of equipment, harassment, discrimination, inappropriate conduct, or failure to follow instructor guidance may result in removal from class, suspension of privileges, or termination of services without refund.

Cell Phones + Personal Belongings

Cell phones should be silenced and stored away during class to maintain a focused, distraction-free environment.

Elevated Soul Pilates is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

Photos, Videos + Social Media

From time to time, Elevated Soul Pilates may capture photos or videos in the studio for marketing, social media, educational, or promotional purposes.

Where required, consent will be obtained. If you prefer not to be photographed or filmed, please notify the studio before class.

Clients may not photograph, record, or post other clients, instructors, or studio activities without permission.
