To keep requests organized and properly documented, account and membership requests must be handled by email and cannot be processed by text, phone call, or social media message.
Before
You Message
All class bookings, changes, and cancellations must be completed through the Elevated Soul app or website. Email, phone, text, and social media messages do not cancel a class reservation.
For membership changes or cancellations, written notice must be sent to Studio Support at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.
