To keep requests organized and properly documented, account and membership requests must be handled by email and cannot be processed by text, phone call, or social media message.

Most class bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes can be handled directly through our website or app.
For membership changes or cancellations, written notice must be sent to Studio Support at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.

We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday responses may be limited.
