Our Team.

I didn’t open a studio just to teach Pilates—I opened it to help people find their power again, the way I had to find mine.

Movement has always been part of my life. I was devoted to classical Pilates, obsessed with SoulCycle, and the kind of person who truly felt better after a good sweat. But in 2020, everything shifted. My routine fell apart, my motivation faded, and eventually, my body did too.

After dealing with a serious back injury, I found myself at a low point—physically weak, emotionally drained, and completely disconnected from the version of me I once knew. But I made a decision: to heal with intention. To rebuild. To rise. That journey led me to become a certified Lagree instructor and, eventually, to create Elevated Soul.

Now, I get to help others reconnect with their strength and feel at home in their bodies again. I believe in soulful sweat, good music, deep burns, and movement that transforms far beyond the reformer. Elevated Soul is my heart—and my hope is that when you walk into our space, you feel seen, supported, and strong.

Rashida brings over 7 years of experience in movement and mind-body connection. She is SculptMe certified and has spent 5 years teaching Traditional Hot Yoga and 2 years leading heated HIIT-style mat Pilates.

Her love for reformer Pilates began when she experienced firsthand the results—improved strength, reduced joint pain, and deeper body awareness. Now, she brings that same transformational power to her clients with every class.

Known for her vibrant energy, powerful presence, and passion for healing through movement, Rashida creates a space where clients feel seen, supported, and strong.

PAULINA

Instructor | Empowered. Energetic. Intentional.

Certified through SculptMe, Paulina brings dedication, energy, and a deep love of movement to every class. With a background in hot yoga, aerial, Lagree, and barre, she found her true rhythm in reformer Pilates—where strength, control, and connection meet.

By day, Paulina works as a full-time accountant—but on the reformer, she’s in her element. She’s known for her motivating presence, strong upper body sequences, and music that keeps the room buzzing. (Think rap, early 2000s R&B, and feel-good dance tracks.)

Paulina’s classes are designed to push you—while lifting you up. Her mission? To help every client feel strong, capable, and proud of what their body can do.

Instructor | Strong. Supportive. Purposeful.

With a degree in Exercise Science and a background in weightlifting, athletics, and barre, Emily brings a passion for movement that’s rooted in strength and empowerment. Her classes are known for that deep, muscle-burning challenge—and the confidence that comes with it.

Emily’s heart is in helping others grow—not just physically, but in mindset, self-love, and belief in what’s possible. Whether you're brand new to the reformer or chasing a new level, she’ll be right there cheering you on and pushing you with purpose.

Expect intentional movement, uplifting energy, and a whole lot of fun along the way.

LOLA

Chief Comfort Officer | Unbothered. Intuitive. In Charge.

Lola is our tiniest team member with the biggest heart—and the real boss around here. As Chief Comfort Officer, she brings calm, charm, and just the right amount of sass to every corner of the studio.

Whether she’s posted up at the front desk, sunbathing between classes, or greeting clients with gentle tail wags, Lola makes sure everyone feels at ease the moment they walk through our doors.

She enjoys long walks (carried, of course) and rolling in style in her stroller. Her talents include mood-boosting, professional lounging, and knowing exactly who needs a little extra love that day. She may nap during class, but only because she’s exhausted from being such a boss.

Favorite Move: The Downward Nap
Vibe: Chill Beats + Soft Snores
Motto: Don’t come to me—I might come to you (if I feel like it).
