01 / Arrival

Come Early

Please arrive 10 minutes before your first class. We’ll welcome you in, show you the studio, introduce you to the Sculptformer, and help you feel settled before class begins.

02 / Studio Policy

Grip Socks Only

Grip socks are required for all classes. They help keep you stable, supported, and safe on the machine. Forgot yours? We have grip socks available for purchase in studio.

03 / Your Body

Tell Your Instructor

Before class begins, please share any injuries, pregnancy, postpartum recovery, recent surgery, dizziness, limitations, or movement concerns. We’re here to support you.

Meet Your
Sculptformer

You do not need to know the machine before you arrive. Your instructor will guide you through the carriage, straps, platforms, springs, and movement setup throughout class.

Spring reminder: Your instructor will guide spring suggestions throughout class, but every body feels different every day. Listen to your body, modify when needed, and remember: you control the machine — don’t let the machine control you.

04 / Wear

Moveable Clothing

Wear comfortable, supportive workout clothing you can move in. You’ll be lying down, standing, kneeling, lunging, and moving with resistance.

05 / Bring

Less Than You Think

Bring grip socks, water if you prefer your own, and an open mind. We also have complimentary bottled water and cold essential oil towels available in the studio.

06 / Expect

The Shake

Expect slow, intentional, resistance-based movement, energizing music, thoughtful coaching, and options to modify. You may shake. You may sweat. You may surprise yourself.
