Soul
45
Soul 45 is our signature modern reformer class. Expect slow, controlled, resistance-based movement, energizing music, thoughtful coaching, and the signature Elevated Soul shake.
New to the Sculptformer? Soul 45 can be modified for beginners. We simply recommend arriving 10 minutes early for your first class so we can walk you through the studio, the machine, the springs, and anything you need to feel prepared.

Soul
35
Soul 35 is our express class for clients who want an efficient, powerful reset. You’ll still get the slow burn, the resistance, and the flow — just in a shorter format.

- Best for clients who want the work without a full 45 minutes
Soul
Start
Soul Start is a more guided class designed for beginners, newer clients, or anyone who wants extra explanation and a slower introduction before jumping into the full rhythm of class. It is recommended for first-timers, but not required.

Maternal
Soul
Maternal Soul is a slower, supportive class designed for prenatal, postpartum, or anyone craving a gentler but still intentional movement experience.

You do not need to know what you’re doing before you arrive. Beginners are welcome in Soul 45, and every class can be modified to meet your body where it is that day.

Know
Full-foot grip socks are required for all classes for safety and hygiene. Socks with exposed toes are not permitted.
If this is your first class, please arrive at least 10 minutes early for check-in and a quick orientation.
