The Machine Works With You

The Sculptformer uses spring resistance to challenge, support, and strengthen your body. Your instructor will guide spring changes, but you are always encouraged to listen to your body.

We coach the room with clear setup, spring guidance, form cues, and modifications. You do not need to know what you’re doing before you arrive — that’s what we’re here for.
