Our Story
This studio was not built from perfection. It was built from starting over, learning to trust my body again, and realizing that movement can become a way back to yourself.
This started with pain.
Elevated Soul started long before there was a studio, a sign, or a room full of reformers. It started in a season where I did not feel like myself.
After injuring my back and dealing with sciatica, I learned very quickly how humbling it is when your body does not move the way it used to. I went from pushing through everything to having to slow down, listen, rebuild, and actually pay attention to what my body was trying to tell me.
That season changed me. It made movement feel less like something I had to do to look a certain way, and more like something I needed in order to feel strong, capable, and connected again.
I found healing through physical therapy, Pilates, and resistance-based movement. But more than anything, I found a new relationship with my body. One that was not built on punishment, perfection, or doing more for the sake of doing more.
I became drawn to the kind of movement that forces you to slow down. The kind where you cannot fake it. The kind where shaking does not mean weakness — it means you are in it. The kind where strength is built through control, breath, patience, and staying with yourself when it gets hard.
That is the heart of Elevated Soul. It is not just about a workout. It is about walking into a room exactly as you are and leaving a little stronger, a little more grounded, and a little more connected to the person underneath all the noise.
Slow is not easy.
The Elevated Soul Method was created around slow, intentional, resistance-based movement — because sometimes the most powerful work happens when you stop rushing through it.
Control
We move with intention. Every transition, spring change, and hold is designed to help you feel what your body is doing — not just move through it.
Resistance
The springs are there to challenge you, support you, and teach you. You control the machine — you do not let the machine control you.
Connection
This is a place to tune back in. To breathe. To shake. To modify. To try again. To remember that your body is capable of more than you think.
A place that feels like an exhale.
I wanted Elevated Soul to feel different the second you walk in. Not intimidating. Not cold. Not like you have to already be in perfect shape to belong here.
I wanted it to feel elevated, but still human. Beautiful, but still warm. Challenging, but still supportive. A place where music matters, energy matters, details matter, and every person feels seen.
Because life is loud. People carry a lot. And sometimes 45 minutes on a reformer can become the one part of your day where you finally come back to yourself.
“I built Elevated Soul for the person who is ready to feel strong again — not just physically, but from the inside out.”
We meet you where you are.
Some days you push. Some days you modify. Some days just showing up is the win. At Elevated Soul, all of it counts.
You belong here.
You do not need to know the machine, the language, or the moves before you walk in. We will guide you.
Start where you are.
Strength does not always come from doing the hardest option. Sometimes it comes from learning how to listen.
Go deeper.
If you are ready to be challenged, this method will meet you there too — slowly, intentionally, and effectively.
Elevated Soul is for anyone carrying a lot. The new parents, the former athletes, the beginners, the busy professionals, the ones rebuilding, the ones craving strength, and the ones who are ready to feel at home in their body again.
It is for anyone who wants movement to feel intentional again.
That is why we are here. Not just to teach classes. Not just to count reps. But to create a space where you can come back to yourself — one slow, controlled, powerful movement at a time.
Come back to yourself.
