Before
You Message
Most class bookings, cancellations, and schedule changes can be handled directly through our website or app.
For membership changes or cancellations, written notice must be sent to Client Services at least 30 days prior to your next billing cycle, unless otherwise stated in your signed agreement.
Book, cancel, or manage your classes through the website or app whenever possible.
We do our best to respond within 1–2 business days. Weekend and holiday responses may be limited.
Classes are small and by reservation only. Please book in advance so we can give you our full attention.
