What should I bring?

  • Grip socks — required for your safety (available for purchase if you need a pair!).

  • Water bottle — or grab a drink at our complimentary water station or beverage bar (available for purchase).

  • All the good vibes — we'll bring the fire.

Pro tip: A small towel isn’t a bad idea. You’re about to glow.

How often should I come to class?

If you’re ready to level up, we recommend 2–4 classes per week.
Results don’t come from one workout — they come from showing up, and we’ll be with you every step (and every rep) of the way.
